Rental Policies: Do not use the online form for availability and reservations; you must phone us at (888) 249-1995 or (989) 671-1125 regarding reservations.

RV Camper Storage: Storage is available at all of our resorts. You must fill out a Storage Agreement at the Store/Guest Service Center of the resort you would like to leave your RV at.

Equipment Check Out: Depending upon which resort you are visiting, recreational equipment (shuffleboard, ping pong balls, pool cues, board games, basketballs, etc) may be checked out at the clubhouse, the store or the activities center.

Lost & Found: Located at each resort's General Store.

Pets: Owners must clean up after their pets. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in rest-rooms, pool, pavilion or beach areas. Do not leave pets unattended. Excessive barking of dogs may result in a request to remove dog from the facility. You must have proof of rabies vaccinations upon arrival to the resort.
Excluded Dogs: Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Akita, Mastiff, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Wolf, Wolf Hybrids, Huskies, Dalmatians, Airedales, Great Danes, Staffordshire Terriers, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies and any dog that is a mixture of these breeds are not allowed. Any dog with a history of biting will not be acceptable.
**Excluded Dogs will be allowed providing owner carries a $300,000.00 liability insurance policy. Any dog with a history of biting will not be acceptable.

Faxing: Incoming/outgoing fax services are available at Guest Services in the resort's Store/Registration Offices. A nominal fee will be charged for all fax services.
