Two nights in your choice of Las Vegas, Orlando, Cancun, or New Orleans
Vacation Details: Valid for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday arrival dates. Accommodations utilized are in economy and tourist class properties. A $50 fully refundable deposit is required to guarantee space availability. A minimum of 60 day advanced notice is required. All reservations are subject to availability. Generally there is no availability during holidays, conventions and special events. The accommodations are for up to two adults over the age of 21 only. Travel must be completed within 12 months of activation.
Redeeming Your Vacation
Activation: Start by visiting ActivateMyTrip.com and creating an account. Click on Activate and enter your Package Code, Vacation ID and Activation Code. Within three business days your vacation activation will be completed.
Deposit Payment: After your activation has been completed you will be able to log in to ActivateMyTrip.com and pay your deposit. Click on My Trips and follow the link to pay your deposit by printing a Deposit Request form and mailing to the address provided along with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order. Within three business days of receipt of your deposit payment, your deposit payment will be posted to your account.
Make Reservations: Once your deposit payment has posted to your account you will be able to make reservations. You can make reservations by calling our toll free reservations department at (800) 315-2065. Within three business days of requesting dates with our reservations department, your reservations will be confirmed and shown in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com.
Finalizing Your Reservations: Approximately 30 to 45 days prior to your reservation date a travel agent will be assigned to your vacation. Your travel agent will be contacting you by phone and/or email to finalize your vacation details. The travel agent will confirm your reservation details and advise you of potential accommodation locations where your reservations will be booked. Your travel agent will also offer discounted wholesale rates for upgraded accommodations, additional nights and/or changing your dates for an additional fee. After you finalize your reservations with a travel agent your reservations will be booked.
Checking In To Your Accommodations: Approximately 21 days prior to your reservation date a printable Check-In Voucher will be loaded into the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Refer to your Check-in Voucher for the location of your of your accommodations. Print the Check-In Voucher and present it at the front desk along when you arrive at the location of your accommodations to check-in.
Payments, Refunds, Cancellations and Restrictions
Fully Refundable Deposit Refunds: The refund of your fully refundable deposit will be processed at least 14 days prior to your reservation date.
Restrictions: The vacation is only valid for the account holder and up to one guest over 21 years of age. The account holder named on the Check-In Voucher must show a valid government issued ID and may be required post a deposit using a credit card or cash upon check-in at the accommodation location. Accommodation locations, at their discretion and in accordance with their policies, may assess fees for additional occupants and/or require that you purchase a larger room or additional rooms to accommodate travel parties greater than two persons. Date changes are subject to fees. Name changes are not allowed. Transportation, incidentals and other miscellaneous expenses are not included. This voucher cannot be resold, bartered, or combined with other certificates or offers. One voucher per household / per year. No cash value, no cash back for unused portion. Group travel is strictly prohibited. Group travel is defined as multiple certificates being used by groups and/or related parties for concurrent or consecutive stay.
Cancellation: You may cancel your vacation and receive a full refund of your deposit at any time prior to the booking of your accommodations. If your accommodations have been booked and you need to cancel please call as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees. Contact the reservations department at (800) 315-2065 to request cancellation. Fees may be assessed if you fail to cancel and fail to check-in to your accommodations location on your check-in date. Refunds are processed within 30 days of your cancellation request and will be sent to you via company check.
