Redeeming Your Vacation

STEP 1. Activating Your Certificate: Visit ActivateMyTrip.com and login or create an account. Activate your trip using the Activation Code, Package Code and Vacation ID below. You must activate by the Activation Deadline shown.

STEP 2. Deposit Payment: After your vacation activation has been processed you will be able to access your payment form in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Simply print out the payment form and mail to the address provided along with a personal check, cashier’s check or money order for the total amount required to pay the refundable deposit and tax deposit. Within five business days of receipt of your deposit payment form and payment, your payment will be posted to your account.

STEP 3. Requesting Your Travel Dates: Once your payment has posted to your account you will be able to request your travel dates. You can request your dates by calling our toll free reservations department at 800-315-2065. You must provide a minimum of 90 days advanced notice and two alternate travel dates. All three dates provided must be at least 30 days apart.  All reservations are subject to availability.  Generally there is no availability during major holidays, conventions and certain peak periods. Within five business days of requesting your travel dates with our reservations department, your travel date will be confirmed and shown in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. You will have 12 months to complete travel from the date your payment has posted to your account.

STEP 4. Finalizing Your Vacation: Approximately 30 to 60 days prior to your travel date a travel agent will be contacting you by phone and/or email to finalize your vacation details. Once you finalize your vacation details with your travel rep, your accommodations will be purchased and your attraction ticket voucher will be issued. The tax deposit will only be refunded if you request to cancel prior to CBE purchasing your standard RV campsite and/or issuing your attraction ticket vouchers. If you choose to purchase any optional upgrades through your travel agent, your tax deposit will be applied to the cost of the upgrade. There will be no refunds of the tax deposit once an upgrade purchase has been made.

STEP 5. Final Travel Documents: Approximately 21 days prior to your travel date your Final Travel Documents will be loaded into the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Your final travel documents will include your standard RV campsite voucher and attraction ticket voucher. Please print out your travel documents and follow the instructions to check-in to your standard RV campsite and to pick up your attraction tickets.

SILVER LAKE DETAILS

If you select Silver Lake you will receive three nights standard RV campsite for up to two adults and two children in Silver Lake Resort and Campground plus two ticket vouchers to Mac Woods Dune Rides. Valid for Sunday through Wednesday check-in only. Reservations are assigned based on availability. Upgrades to extended stays, preferred lodging, and upgraded hotels can be purchased through your assigned travel agent.

CEDAR POINT DETAILS

If you select Cedar Point you will receive three nights standard RV campsite for up to two adults and two children in Light House Point at Cedar Point plus two one-day admission passes to Cedar Point Amusement Park. Valid for Sunday through Wednesday check-in only. Reservations are assigned based on availability. Upgrades to extended stays, preferred lodging, and upgraded cabins/hotels can be purchased through your assigned travel agent.

FORT WILDERNESS DETAILS

If you select Fort Wilderness Campground & Resort you will receive three nights standard RV campsite for up to two adults and two children in Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campground & Resort plus two one-day admission passes to your choice of Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Islands Of Adventure, or SeaWorld or four one-day admission passes to choice of Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, or Volcano Bay. Valid for Sunday through Wednesday check-in only. Reservations are assigned based on availability. Upgrades to extended stays, preferred lodging, and upgraded cabins/hotels can be purchased through your assigned travel agent.

Terms and Conditions

A $100 refundable deposit is required to guarantee space availability. Travelers are responsible for the required $80 tax deposit which will cover government-imposed taxes and agency booking fees. The tax deposit will only be refunded if you request to cancel prior to CBE purchasing your standard RV campsite and/or issuing your attraction ticket vouchers. If you choose to purchase any optional upgrades through your travel agent, your reservation fee will be applied to the cost of the upgrade. There will be no refunds of the reservation fee once an upgrade purchase has been made.

Travelers are also responsible for transportation, meals and any incidental expenses such as resort fees, parking, gratuities, phone calls or entertainment. The refund of your refundable deposit will be refunded by check approximately 21 days prior to your travel date.

If you cancel your travel plans after CBE has purchased your travel arrangements, the entire amount of your reservation fee may be used to pay cancellation penalties imposed by CBE and/or the travel provider. If you cancel your travel plans at any time this certificate will be deemed void. Once your travel dates have been confirmed, no changes will be permitted. A valid government issued ID will be required to receive your attraction tickets and check-in to your accommodations. A credit card or deposit may be required in order to check-in to cover incidental expenses.

This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or special promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise are valid in conjunction with this certificate. This certificate is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as more than two passengers traveling together using multiple certificates.

CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any transportation, accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this certificate which result either directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, equipment breakdowns and/or defects, flight cancellations and/or delays, changes of itineraries, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war.
