Now that we have site specific reservations, we can make this a priority. If we have someone in storage going to a site, we’ll get it over to the site as soon as possible. On busy weekends, there still could be some delays due to demand, but we will do our best to accommodate everyone in a timely manne
We will do our best to keep you on the site you reserved. However, if necessary, we will do our best to accommodate you and move your site as availability allows if the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner
No, it will not. Our members have the option and right to choose any site they prefer regardless of what they choose to camp in.
There is a chance you might have to move in the middle of your stay if the site you prefer is not available for the entire 3 weeks. This is considered a split reservation within the CampLife system. However, while we can’t promise this, we believe there will be sites available for longer periods of time that you can choose from if you do not wish to move. If you can’t find a campsite available for the entire duration of your stay, you’ll know ahead of time.
No, split reservations do not count as two separate reservations. They will still be considered one reservation if you choose to split your stay between two different sites.
Convenience fees are charges collected for the privilege of paying for a service with an alternative payment method that is not standard for the merchant. Our convenience fee to use the new online reservation system is a flat fee unlike most other campgrounds or reservation systems that charge a percentage of each transaction. Please note that members only pay a reservation convenience fee if they use CampLife to make an online reservation. If members choose to call us to make their reservation, there is no reservation fee.
Our noon check out and 3 pm check in gives us time to clean sites so they’re ready for you to have the best stay possible. This helps you plan, so you know when you pull into our Resorts at 3 pm your site will be ready to go for you. It also gives us time to pull your trailer from storage and have it ready for you on site before your 3 pm check in (there still could be some delays due to demand).
If you prefer to leave late, we recommend you set your check out for the next day instead. That way you have the freedom to leave as late as you want the night before you check out.
Within the CampLife system there is a section to fill out when you make a reservation to note you have something to move from storage.
All payments and fees are made at the time of reservation within the CampLife system. Please note you still have to check-in at the Store upon your arrival.
Once you select your site, we hold that site for you for 14 minutes. If you do not complete the reservation within that time frame, the site will open up for other members to book.
The free campsite defaults to the first reservation made on an account for any given date.
